These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the EaseFlow Daily website (the “Site”) and any digital guides or materials offered through it. By accessing the Site or purchasing any content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or make any purchases.
1. Purpose and Nature of Content
All content on the Site, including articles, suggestions, and digital guides, is provided solely for general lifestyle inspiration, personal enjoyment, and educational purposes. Nothing on the Site is intended to be, nor should it be construed as, professional, medical, therapeutic, nutritional, or health-related advice. We are not qualified to provide such advice.
2. Personal, Non-Commercial Use
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site and any purchased digital guides for your own private, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.
3. Digital Guides – Purchase and Access
Upon successful payment, you receive a personal license to access and use the purchased digital guide(s). Access is provided digitally (via secure link, download, or email instructions) usually within 48 hours after payment confirmation. Access is for your personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
4. Pricing, Payments, and Refund Policy
All prices are listed in Peruvian Soles (PEN) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We use trusted third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely.
Refund policy: Refunds are available only within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase and only if you have not accessed, downloaded, viewed, or used any part of the digital guide. To request a refund, contact us using the details provided on the Site. After access has been granted or after 7 days, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided for change of mind after delivery or partial use.
5. No Warranties – Limitation of Liability
The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EaseFlow Daily and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or any purchased content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lima, Peru.
